Dantiscus has just received a letter from the addressee. That same day he sent his chancellor [Nicolaus Human] to Allenstein (Olsztyn), recommending him to follow the addressee’s advice.

Venerabilis Domine, frater superinscribedfraterfrater superinscribed sincere dilecte.

Hac hora litteras Fraternitatis Vestrae heri datas accepimus misimusque cancellarium nostrum hodie hinc versus Allenstein, qui cras t[...] text damaged[...][...] text damaged(?)[...] paper damaged[...][...] paper damaged tempori temporius se conferet, illique iniunximus, ut iuxta consilium Fraternitatis Vestrae omnia faciat.
