Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Sciat Paternitas Vestra, quod nos ad Sokolowski scripsimus hortando ac monendo illum, ut uxorem suam benignius foveat. Voluimus, ut quid sit ille facturus, nobis rescriberet. Verum is homo nihil nobis, ne unicum verbum rescripsit. Quid causae sit, nescimus. Hoc Paternitati Vestrae significare voluimus. Quae, si potest, efficiat, ut haec mulier sine molestia vivere posset. Bene et feliciter valeat Vestra Paternitas.
