Dantyszek korzysta z okazji, jaką jest powrót prepozyta [Pawła Płotowskiego do Fromborka], aby zawiadomić, że poseł Rady Gdańska, doktor Ioannes Tresler, uzyskał u niego odroczenie sprawy cła na piwo do najbliższego sejmu [Prus Królewskich], pod warunkiem, że skargi poddanych nie skłonią Dantyszka do interwencji u króla [Zygmunta I]. Dantyszek oświadcza, że jako strażnik wspólnych przywilejów i interesu ojczyzny [Prus Kólewskich] nie będzie dłużej tolerował tej samowoli i niczego w tej sprawie nie zaniedba. Do tego samego wkrótce zobowiązany będzie również adresat.
