Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi, domino meo colendissimo et gratioso

AAWO, AB, D. 67, f. 74r

Post obsequiorum meorum exhibitionem.

Reverendissime Domine, domine colendissime et gratiose.

Heredes quondam reverendissimi domini Mauricii episcopi Warmiensis in Christo defuncti vigore articuli in testamento ipsius contenti, quem in scheda praesentibus indita descriptum Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae mitto, petunt a me tamquam administratore ecclesiae quaedam debita seu credita in episcopato Warmiensi exstantia pro melle vendito ac alias per quondam dominum episcopum mutuo in ditione ecclesiae contracta exigi et emoveri. Et quia (quod quam celerrime et felicibus fiat avibus, precor) Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram sede Warmiensi praeficiendum fore episcopum min<i>me haesitem, nolui sine scitu et voluntate eiusdem Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae quicpiam in hoc pro me fieri, quare rogo, dignetur cum praesentium latore, quem ob id misi nuntium (nam heredes pro creditis instant), mentem et voluntatem suam mihi detegere Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra.

Cui me devotissime uti domino meo gratioso commendo.

Ex Heylsberg 13-a Augusti 1537.

Eiusdem Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae obsequentissimus Ioannes Tymmerman
