Serenissimae Reginali Maiestati Poloniae etc., [dominae] [e]t dominae meae clementissimae

Serenissima Reginalis Maiestas et Domina, domina mea clementissima. Humillimam orationum et servitiorum meorum commendationem.

Accepi superiori die reverenter clementes erga me Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae litteras, quibus pro sua in me gratia post eam calamitatem et ingens damnum, quod per ignem passus sum, consolari me dignata fuit habeoque, quas tenuitas mea potest, Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae immortales gratias, quae in casu hoc tam acerbo servum et capellanum suum invisere litteris non est gravata. Deus Omnipotens hanc Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae benignitatem rependat. Ceterum cum nihil aliud est post absolutam hic consecrationem meam, quod scribam, Serenissimae Maiestati Vestrae me totum humillime dedo et commendo, Deum pro eiusdem Serenissimae Maiestatis Vestrae longaeva incolumitate et omnium rerum felicissimo successu sedulo oraturus.
