Honorabilis Domine, fidelis in Christo dilecte. Salutem in Domino.

Quod ex oculis stain[culis]culis stain laboratis et burgrabius male valet, non potest nobis esse non molestum. Mittimus igitur vobis hunc nostrum Colodzeiski iussimusque, ut in omnibus vobis obsequatur, in quibus opera eius uti volueritis.
