Reverendissimo Domino Ioanni Dantisco, episcopo Culmensi, serenissimi regis Poloniae consiliario etc.

Salutem plurimam.

Dedi multis ab hinc diebus ad te litteras, Reverendissime Domine, quibus nullum responsum misisti, quod sane miror. Oro summopere Reverendissimam Dominationem Tuam, ad me scribas velisque prospicere Ioannae Dantiscae tuae filiae, quae iam quodammodo est matura viro nimirum annum agens iam decimum, ne ira, quam in me exerces, in miseram puellam redundet, cum nihil tale commereatur, sitque iniquum, ut cum tu abundes, nos interim fame pereamus. Oro te, ad me scribas antequam caesar hinc decedat velisque mittere litteras ad hospitem meum secretarium Gratianum, qui in gratiam tui multa beneficia in nos contulit indiesque confert. Salutat te Ioanna Dantisca tua filia , cuius ingenium et indolem omnes mirantur, nam et acu et calamo scite pingit obitque munia domestica non segniter, tametsi egestate coactae laboremus omnes, ut vitam inopem defendamus.
