Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dantisco Dei gratia episcopo Culmensi administratorique Pomesaniensi ac postulato Warmiensi, domino imprimis observandissimo

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine gratiosissime.

Servitiorum meorum humili commendatione praemissa.

Cum praesentium ostensor Andreas Bartsch, quem Schotcze vocant (quem Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra ad preces meas acceptavit), nunc in servitium(!) redire statuit, quem Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae, ut ip paper damaged[ip]ip paper damagedse precatur, commendatum esse cupio, alias pro nunc nova nulla occurrunt.

Cum his me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae unice superinscribed, in the hand of senderuniceunice superinscribed, in the hand of sender commendo, quam felicissime in multos annos valere ex animo precor.

Eiusdem Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae obsequentissimus Georgius a Basen etc. Mevensis capitaneus scripsit
