Reverendissimo in Christo Patri ac Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino et patri meo clementissimo gratiosoque

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine clementissime.

Post humillimam debitae reverentiae, oboedientiae ac servitiorum meorum exhibitionem.

Iuxta Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae commissionem venit ad me Ioannes Nyemptschi, bonis Rogeteln mansionem habens. A quo inquirenti mihi, qui nam partem in bonis centum mansorum haberet, hoc responsum datum est, quod illi in charta indita descripti sint habentes partem in dictis bonis. Quod Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram, quae mea est oboedientia ac reverentia, celare neque volui, neque debui. Iniunxi item Ioanni Nyemptsch, ut se coram Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra personaliter statuat, daturus et ipse praesens super hoc negotio plenissimam informationem.

Commendo me gratiae Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae orans, ut Deus ipsam diutissime salvam ac felicem conservet.
