Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Rogavit nos venerabilis pater Marcus a Turri Venetus commissarius provincialis fratrum sancti Francisci, ut fratres ordinis eius conventuum, qui sub iurisdictione Paternitatis Vestrae sunt, eidem Paternitati Vestrae commendaremus. Nos petitioni ipsius patris commissarii, qui paenitentiarius noster est, benigne annuentes fratres ipsos et eorum negotia licita et honesta, quae ex litteris sacrae maiestatis regiae diffusius cognoscet et ipsi verbis diffusius explicabunt, Paternitati Vestrae commendamus cupimusque, ut illos in protectione sua manu teneat, quoad iu paper damaged[u]u paper damageds et aequitas permittent, rem nobis factura gratam.
