Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni episcopo Warmiensi, domino et amico observando

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine observatissime.

Cum cubicularius hic proficisceretur, nolui vacuum litteris meis eum dimittere. Rediit ex Turcia, qui missus eo fuit, orator. Pacata omnia attulit, non huic, sed et Hungariae Regno. Qua ex re magna sumus laetitia affecti, quod speramus quieta fore et tranquilla nostra tempora. Ex Italia nihil affertur novi, nisi quod mortuus dicitur Andreas de Auria. Sacra maiestas regia recte valet, Deo sit gratia, nisi quod pedes nondum satis suo officio funguntur. Die Saturni proximo hinc Vilnam cogitamus, Deus fortunet exitum et reditum nostrum.

Ego me in gratiam Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae commendo, cui omnia prolixa ex animo faveo et a Deo precor.
