Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, frater et amice carissime et honorande, salutem et felicitatem.

Excusationem Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae de synodo aequi bonique facimus in praesens. Videat tamen Dominatio Vestra Reverendissima etiam atque etiam ad Rigensem, ne quemadmodum affirmat, Riga ArchdioceseprovinciamRiga Archdiocese pertineat antiquitus. Nobis hactenus nihil constat. Perquiremus tamen ea de re diligentius.
