Reverendo in Christo Patri, domino Iohanni episcopo Warmiensi, sincere nobis dilecto

Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, domine sincere nobis dilecte.

Non dubitamus, quin Strenuitas Tua iuxta mandatum nostrum exactam ex contributione pecuniam ad generosum Stanislaum Kostka, terrarum nostrarum Prussiae thesaurarium et capitaneum Golubensem, perferendam curaverit. Quod reliquum est, Strenuitati Tuae mandamus, ut quorum opera usa est in exigenda pecunia, eos ad comitia, quae proxime Mariaeburgi habebuntur, venire iubeat, ut ibi rationem de perceptis reddant, quo scire possimus, numquid iuxta constitutionem in comitiis factam integra ab omnibus pecunia contribuenda sit persoluta. Factura Strenuitas Tua pro officio suo et gratia nostra regia.
