Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino meo colendissimo et gratioso

P[ost humillimam servitiorum meorum ex]hibitionem.

Reverendissime Domine, domine colendissime.

..., quas ex commissione Reverendissimae Paternitatis Vestrae scripsi ... domino administratori non debent esse redditae. Nam Elbingum tunc concesserat, ubi adhuc est, ad medicum ex Gedano eo accersitum. Misi hodie proprium nuntium ad eum Elbingum. Spero, quod cras apud Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram constituetur.

Venerabilis dominus doctor Hosius nondum huc venit.

Commendo me Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae. Quam Dominus Deus servet incolumem, precor.
