Cuperem et fraterna illa exhibitione Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae uti pro retinenda libertate ecclesiae meae in conferendis canonicatibus, nisi hac ipsa de re iam esset mihi actio apud s(erenissimam) or s(acram)s(erenissimam)s(erenissimam) or s(acram) Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriaregiam maiestatemSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria, proprio misso nuntio, cuius iam reditum incipio exspectare. Interim, ut alia via rem prosequar, non convenit. Sin ita res tulerit, ut opera mihi Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae utendum sit, illam grato excipiam animo. Sunt causae multae et graves et necessariae, quibus spero persuasum esse Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriaregiae maiestatiSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria, ut tutandae eius immunitatis voluntatem suscipiat, nec dedecebit Vestram Reverendissimam Dominationem eam curam subire pro servanda libertate, qua ipsa etiam usa est. Pro novis, mitto Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae caesareum edictum in religionis [...] hidden by binding[...][...] hidden by bindingsa, quod ut mihi scribitur, multorum principum animos offendit. Cupio Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram prosperrima salute diutissime valere meque illi haberi et esse intime commendatum.
