Regest polski:

Z listu adresata Dantyszek dowiedział się, że rozgrzeszony przez niego niedawno kanonik [Alexander Sculteti] tkwi w dawnym błędzie. Z tego powodu nakazuje adresatowi, by w jego imieniu wezwał do siebie Scultetiego i pod groźbą kar kanonicznych nakazał mu odesłanie konkubiny.

W postscriptum Dantyszek informuje, że nakazał kapitule [warmińskiej], by wydaliła konkubinę Scultetiego ze swojej domeny. Pyta także, czy adresat otrzymał jego list ,wysłany 6 kwietnia; on sam otrzymał tymczasem list adresata z 17 kwietnia.

Dantyszek jest oburzony próbą wpłynięcia na niego za pośrednictwem adresata przez pewne znaczące osoby związane z radą [miasta Gdańska] w sprawie Hansa Holstena; w tym kontekście żałuje poparcia, jakiego udzielał wcześniej radzie; jest przeświadczony, że podobnie żałował będzie także podkanclerzy [Samuel Maciejowski].

Dantyszek przyjmuje na służbę Szweda, którego polecił mu adresat.
