Regest polski: Poprzedniego dnia powrócił do Dantyszka poseł wysłany przez kapitułę na dwór królewski. Przywiózł listy [Stanisława Hozjusza, cf. 2876] oraz króla [Zygmunta I, cf. 4848]. Z kopii załączonych do niniejszego listu adresaci dowiedzą się o pomyślnym dla niego i kapituły zakończeniu sprawy [sporu między kapitułą warmińską a wojewodą malborskim Georgiem von Baysen (Jerzym Bażyńskim) o to, gdzie poddani kapituły z dóbr Tolkemit (Tolkmicko) mieli odbyć przegląd gotowości wojskowej].

Z listów, które do niego docierają, wynika, że przeciwnik [Alexander Sculteti] nie uzyskał niczego w sprawie listu przejazdowego, a jego sprawa w Rzymie została ponownie przekazana innym sędziom. Dantyszek prosi kapitułę o widomości w tej sprawie, jeśli jakieś otrzyma.
