Magnifice sincere nobis dilecte.

Ubi serenissima maiestas caesarea traiecerit in Italiam, quemadmodum hic fama fert et S(trenuitatis) or S(inceritatis)S(trenuitatis)S(trenuitatis) or S(inceritatis) Tuae litterae pollicentur traiecturam, aget S(trenuitas) or S(inceritas)S(trenuitas)S(trenuitas) or S(inceritas) Tua cum maiestate caesarea nomine nostro ita, ut ex instructione serenissimae et amantissimae coniugis nostrae accipiet. Quod si secus contigerit et fatis aliquibus maiestas caesarea a profectione ista fuerit impedita, dum aliud non sit, quod agat, illic reditum suum ad nos maturet, et bene valeat.
