Reverendissime in Christo pater ac domine, domine clementissime.

Etsi de propensa Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae in me voluntate hactenus nihil dubitavi, eam tamen fiduciam vehementer mihi confirmavit proximus cum Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra congressus, in quo ipsa me homuncionem tantillum adeo humaniter exceperit, adeo(?) paterne tractavit, ut vix id mea sustinere possit humilitatis condicio. Adeo munifico munere et larga benevolentia in ipso discessu me decoravit, ut obsequiorum meorum sedulitas id promereri numquam possit[1]. Denique quod vulgaris beneficentiae modum excedit etiam fortunarum ac dignitatis meae paternam sollicitudinem gerens meditetur, qua ratione felicem antiquum servitorem suum feliciorem et ornatiorem reddere queat. Quod si forte etiam non sit successurum, mihi tamen satis beatus esse videor tanti patroni favore et gratia suffultus.
