English register:

Dantiscus intercedes for his subjects from Böhmenhöfen who repeatedly asked him to intervene for the return of goods/demesne taken from them. The Bishop summons the Chapter to reach the settlement with them.

Venerabilibus Dominis, praelatis, canonicis et capitulo ecclesiae nostrae Varmiensis, fratribus sincere nobis dilectis

Ioannes Dei gratia episcopus Varmiensis

Venerabiles Domini, fratres sincere dilecti.

Subditi nostri de Behemshoven iterum nobis humiliter supplicarunt, ut ratione bonorum illis ablatorum, quo in ea restitui possent, commendaticias nostras ad Fraternitates Vestras daremus. Quod facimus non gravate, praesertim cum et in rem Fraternitatum Vestrarum esse agnoscamus. Proinde eas paterne adhortamur, ut sic hoc negotium cum illis componant, ne quid gravius, si infectum manserit, hinc suboriatur. Facturae ea in re et sibi et nobis rem non inutilem - nobis, ut deinceps eiusmodi querimoniae molestia careamus, vobis porro, ut melius audire et tranquillius agere possitis.
