Wallen auch unnsere comissarienn, so wir algereit zw solcher grenitz vorordenet, / widerumb abschreibenn, bitten E(uer) L(ieb) gleichfals thun auch zum erstenn widerumb dorauff vordocht sein, wollenn das die grenitz geortert / beiderseitz underthane zue frid, lib rhue unnd einigkeit gestelt werdenn. / Auch ein ider teil wes des sein wissenn habenn unnd sich desselben haltenn mochte. / Danebenn pittenn unnsere unnderthanenn, dieweil sie vormeinenn, das ihnen die beuttenn So zenkisch zu komen BCz, 1606, p. 616 sollenn. /

Wir woltenn mit E(uer) L(ieb) seine verhanndeln, das der honig wann denselben beuttenn, bis zue auftrag der irrigenn grenitzenn inn sequester gelegt. / Unnd wiewol wir so ein cleins gegen E(uer) L(ieb) nit ansehenn / unnd dasselb zupittenn zugering hidden by binding[ng]ng hidden by binding achten. / So habenn wir doch uff unnderthanig bittenn unserer unnderthan, solchs ann E(uer) L(ieb) glangen hidden by binding[en]en hidden by binding zulossen nit scheue gehapt / vorsehennlich dieselbenn werdenn uff der unserig(en) pittenn den strittigen honig in sequester unnd an den ort, / do es E(uer) L(ieb) gevellig hinlegen, / domit es noch orterungk, / der grenitzenn weins(?) zukumpt / gegebenn werde und ers als das seine / brauchenn moge.
