Ex litteris reverendissimi domini Plocensis vicecancellarii, Vilnae, XXIIII Aprilis datis.

Illud Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram latere nolui scriptas esse a maiestate regia litteras ad serenissimum dominum Romanorum regem, quibus illi significatur deliberatum iam esse prorsus s(acrae) or s(erenissimae)s(acrae)s(acrae) or s(erenissimae) maiestati regiae ad calendas Iulias Cracoviam ad nuptias proficisci neque in ea morae futurum quicquam. Si tamen visum esset serenissimo domino Romanorum regi differre nuptias ad festum Bartholomaei, fore id maiestati regiae non ingratum.
