Reverendissime Domine, domine et benefactor gratiose.

De mea periculosa miseria nondum possum bene sperare, solito enim more torqueor. Doctores dicunt esse continuum catarrhum cum oppilationibus hepatis. Quicquid id est, certe 9 his elapsis septimanis multum sum defatigatus. Reliqui Gedanum et rusticor obambulando et obequitando, raro sine febricula et continua tusse. Quando autem hinc abeundum erit, nondum intelligere possum. Utinam Deus meus tandem mei misereatur, ut finem bonum habere possim.

Commendo me et servitia mea Vestrae Dominationi Reverendissimae, quae feliciter valeat.

Datae Woynaw, prima Aprilis 1539.

Eiusdem Dominationis Vestrae Reverendissimae servus perpetuus Fabianus Damerau
