Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, supremus dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater et Domine, sincere nobis dilecte.

Quae proposuit coram nobis nuntius Paternitatis Vestrae et venerabilis capituli eius, sane intelleximus. Visum est nobis amplius deliberare. Interea mittimus Paternitati Vestrae, quam in urbe dicitur pro se obtinuisse sententiam Alexander Sculteti, et quas ad nos dedit litteras, ut, cum a Paternitate Vestra responsum acceperimus, aliquid tandem statuamus. Nam antequam quid ipsa contra sententiam hanc dicat, cognoverimus, salvum illi conductum dari prohibuimus. Cetera cognoscet Paternitas Tua ex litteris reverendi in Christo patris domini Samuelis episcopi Plocensis et regni nostri vicecan paper damaged[can]can paper damagedcellarii.
