Reverendissime domine.

Heri statui audire missam, Vestram Reverendissimam Dominationem visitare et valedicere. Sed dum lectum intrarem, accepi medicinam, ex qua nactus sum lubricum ventrem, quod(?) nunc(?) conceptum animi explere nequeam. Cogor itaque me in cubiculo usque ad ascensionem currus me continere. Ideo Vestram Reverendissimam Dominationem his litteris visito, valedicere paper damaged[ere]ere paper damaged et benedicere ac ut ad multos felices annos recte valeat, cupio.
