Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino nostro observandissimo et gratioso

Reverentiae et observantiae debitam exhibitionem.

Reverendissime in Christo Pater et Domine, domine colendissime.

Quid super postulatis per illustrissimum dominum ducem Prussiae Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae agendum fore censemus, venerabilibus dominis confratribus nostris istuc sequente hebdomada venturis referenda commisimus, Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram rogantes, ut boni consulere dignetur, quod mora haec quantulacumque interveniet.

Remittimus litteras illustris domini ducis, nos sincere Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae commendantes.
