Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo ecclesiae Warmiensis, domino nostro gratioso

Reverendissime in Christo Pater, eximie domine antistes, domine gratiose.

Obsequia nostra paratissima sint Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae pro fide et debito humiliter praemissa.

Gratiose Domine.

Accisa pro defensa communi et re publica harum terrarum ad annum proxime praeteritum de omnium statuum consensu unanimiter laudata, ex dominio Vestrae Celsitudinis et districtibus Frawenbugensi, Tolkemitensi et Melsaccensi fideliter collecta excrevit in numerum inferius subiectum. Quam Reverendissimae Paternitati Vestrae per praesentem mittimus.

In qua etiam nostram devotionem rei publicae commodis sincere et prompte destinatam offerimus, Reverendissimam Paternitatem Vestram domino Deo et nos eiusdem gratiae ex sententia commendantes.
