Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo pater sincere nobis dilecte.

Mittit istuc ad Strenuitatem Tuam generosus Laurentius Miscowski castellanus Byecensis, de sacra maiestate regia, domino et coniuge nostro colendissimo, et nobis bene meritus, filium suum Nicolaum, quem Strenuitati Tuae diligenter et ex animo commendamus, cupientes, ut eum istic favore suo complectatur et ad curiam caesaris tradat, si fieri poterit, sin minus, ex tunc alicui, qui apud caesaream maiestatem non parvae auctoritatis esset, quemadmodum Strenuitas Tua in rem eius commodius futurum noverit, quo in illa aula versatus aliquamdiu, bonis moribus imbutus, ad patrios Penates redire possit. Quamdiu autem Strenuitas Tua istic immorabitur, eius bonam rationem habeat eumque promoveat. Reliqua ex litteris ipsius castellani cognoscet Strenuitas Tua.
