English register:

Dantiscus promises to give instructions to the Gdańsk (Danzig) Town Council / to the Gdańsk (Danzig) councillors concerning the shipment [from Gdańsk] of grain delivered by Vistula. For the time being/So far, in view of the Danish conflict, local shortage of grain, and damages/losses caused by floods, he leaves/keeps the matter of shipping grain abroad in abeyance. He will make every effort to satisfy the King's [Sigismund I Jagiellon] will.
