Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino electo Culmensi, apud caesaream maiestatem illustrissimi regis Poloniae [o]ratori dignissimo, domino observandissimo

Reverende Domine.

His paucis feliciter et fauste valeat humanissimus oratorum, cui me ex animo commendari cupio.

Ex Urbe, ultima Augusti 1530.

Cito cito

Reverende Pater.

Post humiles commendationes.

His paucis feliciter et sane valeat meus humanissimus orator Poloniae, cui me ex animo tantum, quantum possum, commendo.

In expeditione confirmationis vestrae huiusmodi dictus Antonio Pucci (*1484 – †1544), 1517-1521 papal nuncio in Switzerland; 1518-1541 Bishop of Pistoia; 1529-1541 Bishop of Vannes; 1529-1544 Penitentiary Major; 1531-1541 Cardinal of SS.

Reverendissime Domine.

His paucis valeat Paternitas Vestra Reverenda, cui me ex animo commendari cupio.
