Domina dux Bona Sforcia habet partem in ducatu Mediolani et est vera heres, habet etiam partem in dominio Cremonensi. Mater habet XX m[ilia] ducatorum et nisi unicam filiam, dotem centum milium ducat[orum], 50 milia secum feret, reliquum in duobus annis solvetur. Mundum muliebrem taxat centum milium ducatorum, doctissima est, form[osa], sanguineae complexionis, mediocris statura, non macilenta, n[ec] pinguis, mansuetissima, 4 libros Vergilii, multas Cicer[onis] epistulas, epigrammata varia, Italica multa Petra <r> che sc[it] memoriter, doctissime scribit et loquitur.
