Venerabilis Domine, frater in Christo carissime. Salutem.

Causam caesi plebani in Kirchdorff, quo pro mutua nostra cum spectabili consulatu Thoronensi amicitia bonis modis componatur, vobis committimus videturque nobis ipse plebanus castigandus et quod tabernam intraverit et quod demum cum vapulasset a proconsule Thorunensi signum citationis contra eum rusticum a quo caesus fuit iurisdictione nostra relicta acceperit. Qua in re, quomodo agendum est, non omittetis. Quae spectant palatinidem Culmensem latius cu et alia negotia, latius inter nos post festum sancti Michaelis finito conventu Graudnicensi conferemus. Interea vos et alios confratres nostros, quos nostro nomine salutabitis, optime valere optamus.
