Videt nunc Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra, quo res tendat, uti coram locuti sumus etc. Hic civitas Gdanensis etiam rem ad aures regi[ae] maiestatis certis mediis deferre curavit. Litteras Reverendissimae [Dominationis] Vestrae, quid actum apud sacram Sigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austriaregiam maiestatemSigismund I Jagiellon (Zygmunt I) (*1467 – †1548), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania (1506-1548); Duke of Głogów (Glogau) (1499-1506), Duke of Opava (1501-1506), Governor of Silesia (1504-1506); son of King Kazimierz IV Jagiellon and Elisabeth of Austria sit, magno desiderio atque Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae praesentiam Frauenburg (Frombork, Varmia, Warmia), town in Ermland, on the Vistula Lagoon, Ermland bishopric seeWarmiaeFrauenburg (Frombork, Varmia, Warmia), town in Ermland, on the Vistula Lagoon, Ermland bishopric see ad curi[am] Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae canonicalem exspecto et si Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra non dignabitur, non possum cum primis Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram non accedere.

Ego in dies certum nuntium exspecto. Mitto etiam Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae litteras generosi domini Achac[ii] Czhem ad me datas, praesentibus adiunctas. Quid perscribit, Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra intelliget.

Gdani diutius, quam volui, moratus sum, ubi fortiter Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae sanitatem bibens, ter quaterque bibens, numquam, quo vivus, insanior factus sum. Si Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra in vocatione reverendi domini episcopi Tarbatensis a caesarea maiestate, sicuti Marienburgi rogavi, quidquam assecuta est, me certiorem reddere non gravetur et felicissime vivat, valeat optime et me, suae Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae Leonardum, favore gratiaque et pietate innata prosequatur, obsecro.

Postscript:

Has litteras Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra in cinerem redigat, supplico.

Constitui post Octavam ire in Gdanum, si Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra illuc mihi nonnihil agendum demandare voluerit, id in sua habet Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra potestate, ego quoque me illi subicio. Valeat Reverendissima Dominatio Vestra. Cui me unice commendo et dedo.
