Misimus S(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)tiS(trenuita)tiS(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)ti Tuae litteras a serenissimo Bohemiae rege obtentas in commendationem ducatus Barensis ut a contributione Adohae sit liber et immunis, quae si prodesse poterint, be ms. o(!) ee ms. o(!) ne est, sin minus ferendum est, quoad ferre licuerit et fata permiserint. Nolumus tamen Tuam S(trenuita)tem or S(incerita)temS(trenuita)temS(trenuita)tem or S(incerita)tem ignorare quod pendente dubietate an hos Adoham solvere teneremur. Illustris Prorex Adoham indixit generalem et commisarii ab eo electi, nostros officiales ad solutionem Adohae constrinxerunt nullo iurium nostrorum habito respectu. Et quia in Italia ubique bella incrudescunt et de regni Neapolitani invasione timetur vehementer minus grave nobis visum est quod pro hoc tempore turbulentissimo ad solutionem Adohae coacte fuerimus, sed in posterum doleremus si nos ab huius modi contributione sic uti praedecessores nostri fuere exempte et immunes non essemus tot et tantis rationibus pro nobis militantibus quas alias S(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)tiS(trenuita)tiS(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)ti Tuae perscripsimus. De restitutione arcis saepius Tuae S(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)tiS(trenuita)tiS(trenuita)ti or S(incerita)ti perscripsimus ut nobis libere et sine condicione extraderetur, sed veremur ne stantibus his bellorum turbinibus difficilis sit adpraesens ipsius arcis restitutio. Tua autem S(trenuita)tas or S(incerita)tasS(trenuita)tasS(trenuita)tas or S(incerita)tas prout rerum eventus illam edocuerit, poterit hanc expeditionem perficere qua nihil optabilius nihilque gratius contingere posset.
