Hochwyrdyger yn Got Gnedyger Her.

Nach erbytung meyner ganz wylygen dynst zu samt wunsch aller glukselygen wolfart.

Wyl ych Euer Wyrden nyt bergen, das myr uff erlegt als for mych selbst Euer Wyrden fon wegen des hengsten zu erynren, das ych also hymyt wyll getan haben et Euer Wyrd werden sych wol wyssen zu erynren und recht zu halten.

Domyt hab ych Euer Wyrden dem Almechtygen beffolen.
