Reverendissimo in Christo Patri et Domino, domino Ioanni Dei gratia episcopo Warmiensi, domino meo clementissimo et gratioso

Post obsequiorum meorum exhibitionem.

Reverendissime Domine, domine colendissime et gratiose.

Venerabilis dominus Achatius, administrator Allensteynensis, praesentium exhibitor, ratione custodiae post obitum venerabilis quondam Felicis vacantis, ad quam vigore regressus mihi ius competit, cum Reverendissima Dominatione Vestra ex parte mea nonnulla conferet, rogo gratiose et paterne petitioni meae annuere et absque expeditionis litterarum Apostolicarum gravamine possessionem eiusdem custodiae mihi apprehendere liceat, consensum praestare venerabileque capitulum, ut id fiat, adhortari.

Reverendissimam Dominationem Vestram, di{n}gnet, precor, venerabili domino Fabiano de Dameraw, me hic non mediocriter cooperante, iuxta Reverendissimae Dominationis Vestrae mentem et voluntatem, canonicatus et praebendae, post obitum quondam Henrici Snellenberg vacantium, collatorum sine possessione subsecuta.

Me Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae obsequiose commendo. Quam Omnipotens Deus in longum felicissime conservare dignetur.

Ex Warmia, 5-a Martii 1539.

Eiusdem Reverendissimae Dominationi Vestrae obsequentissimus Ioannes Tymmerman
