Regest polski: Dantyszek odbył rozmowę z sędzią chełmińskim [Jerzym Plemięckim], który przybył do niego z Łukaszem Głuchowskim, doręczycielem listu od adresata [ILD 2844]. Plemięcki zdaje się szukać życzliwości adresat. Kiedy Dantyszek przedstawił mu deklarację dotyczącą nadania [jego synowi Bartłomiejowi] pierwszej wakującej [kanonii], stwierdził, że przyjmie propozycję Giesego, jeśli będzie miał w tej sprawie upoważnienie od syna. Obiecał, że w tej sprawie ponownie napisze do niego, a o odpowiedzi zawiadomi Giesego. Poprosił Dantyszka, aby wstawił się za nim u niego, jeśli w czymś go uraził.
