Magnifice et spectabilis Domine. Salutem et commendationem.

Accepi Dominationis Vestrae litteras pergratissimas quidem et cum illis indultum s(acratissimae) or s(acrae)s(acratissimae)s(acratissimae) or s(acrae) caesareae maiestatis, quod satis opportunum fuit. Gratias ago ingentes Dominationi Vestrae et eas me suo tempore relaturum polliceor. Si tamen deerunt vires, non deerit sincera et optima voluntas inserviendi Dominationi Vestrae in omnibus votis et optatis suis. Nova hic nulla sunt, nam inter deserta Libiae versari videmur. Hinc tamen Deo auspice et duce brevi in Poloniam proficiscemur, nam pro quarta Novembris paratur abitio. Commendo me tandem amori fraterno Dominationis Vestrae, quam bene et feliciter va paper damaged[va]va paper damagedlere percupio.
