Nachdem wir aber nichtsweniger weder Euer Lieb diselben irrungen damit sich kain teil disfals zubeschwerenn gern vortragenn sehen wolthen. / So sein wir wol gewogenn woe es Euer Lieb gefellig, / dan dieselbe grenitz ungeverlich ein drey wochenn zuvorn, / ehe dan wir uns mit den unsern zur Lithischen grenitzen, / die auf den 14-ten Septembris schirstkunftig wils Goth / angefangen werden soll, / erheben, / besichtigt und geortert, / dartzu wir die unnsern mit gnugsamenn bevelhen gern abfertigen wollen. /

Dieweil aber wie bemelt die grenitzen zurewmen und zubrucken vonnothenn yst uns nicht zuentgegen. So es Euer Lieb mit dan dieselb an denen orthen, / da Euer Lieb die grenitz zuhaben vormeynt zureumen, / bevelhe, / desgleichenn wir auch zu thun bedacht, / doch mit dem bescheide das von keinem theil / die althen grenitz bewine und zeichen vorruckt, / auch sich nicht mher gerechtigkeit, / dan ÿme zustendigk anmasse. / Wes nu Euer Lieb ahnn dem allem gefellig oder nicht, / bithen wir Euer Lieb, uns dasselb / beÿ gegenwertigem pothen vorstendigen / wol. / Das seint wir umb Euer Lieb freuntlich und nachparlich zubeschulden urputigk.
