Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, supremus dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, domine sincere nobis dilecte.

Gratum est nobis, quod Paternitas Vestra ea omnia ad nos transmiserit , quae pertinere putabat ad legatum nostrum in causa, de qua mittitur ad caesaream maiestatem, diligentius instruendum. Quod vero collegam illi addi petit magnificum Achatium Czeme palatinum Marienburgensem, capitaneum Sthumensem, est quidem ita, quod hunc ei collegam ad petitionem illustris domini ducis adiunxeramus. Sed posteaquam rediens ab illustritate eius magnificus Stanislaus a Lasko palatinus Siradiensis acquiescere in eo illustritatem eius nobis rettulit, ut solus ipse magnificus Stanislaus proficisceretur, nos quoque assensi sumus, ut absque collega legationem hanc obiret neque nobis toties variare sententiam nostram licet.
