Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Cum sciamus Paternitatem Vestram brevi ad ecclesiam Varmiensem nunc vacantem successuram esse, per quam eius successionem parrochialis in Golambie iurispatronatus nostri est vaccatura, quem quidem parrochialem conferre venerabili Samueli Maczieiovvski canonico Cracoviensi de nobis bene merito secretario statuimus, postulamus a Paternitate Vestra, ut nunc ante assecutionem Varmiensis praedicti episcopatus parrochialem hanc in personam ipsius Samuelis Macyeiowski resignet illique cedat, quo minore negotio is servitor noster hoc, quod ex gratia nostra habiturus est, consequatur rem in magnam complacentiam nostram et ab officio suo non alienam Paternitas Vestra factura.
