Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloniae, magnus dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. dominus et heres

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Queruntur fratres minoritae per Paternitatem Vestram adempta sibi esse duo monasteria in Braunsbergk et Wartenberg et fratribus de observantia tradita. Id nos factum esse a Paternitate Vestra sine magna causa ut credamus, adduci non possumus. Quam ob rem cupimus ab illa certiores fieri, quemadmodum res habeat, nam ademptum esse alicui aliquid praeter causam non esse nobis ferendum videretur.

Bene valeat Paternitas Vestra.
