Sigismundus Dei gratia rex Poloni[ae, supremus] dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae [etc. dominus e]t heres

Reverende in Christo Pater et Domine, sincere nobis dilecte.

Quae scrip[sit ad n]os Paternitas Vestra de palatinatu Pomeraniae, ea diligenter per nos expensa fuerunt. Quoniam vero C[ulmensis] castellanus ex pedibus tantum laborat, cetera sanus est atque ingenio valet, non visum [nobis est] eum praeterire. Nihilominus et thesaurarii terrarum nostrarum Prussiae rationem habuimus [et bur]grabiatum in gratiam Paternitatis Vestrae Georgio Schewka concessimus.
