[Reverendo in] Christo Patri, domino [Ioanni Dantisco] episcopo Culmensi, [apud caesare]am et catholicam [maiestatem] regio ac nostro nuntio, [sin]cere nobis dilecto

Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lithuaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Etsi ad praesens nihil sit, quod Paternitati Vestrae scribere debeamus, quandoquidem ab aliquot iam fere mensibus nullas Paternitatis Vestrae habuimus litteras et ob id nescimus, quomodo negotia nostra istic procedant, tamen cum istuc sese conferre vellet iste Stanislaus Cipsar, civis et mercator Cracoviensis, noluimus praetermittere, quin Paternitatem Vestram per eum hisce litteris nostris inviseremus, cupientes certiores ab illa fieri, in quo cardine res nostrae verse[n]tur et quis ac quam celer sperandus est finis.
