Reverende in Christo pater sincere nobis dilecte.

Cum plebanus ecclesiae parochialis in oppido nostro Gravdencz haeresi Luterana infectus et contaminatus sit uxoremque contra instituta et traditiones sanctorum patrum duxerit atque ita hoc nefario facinore suo a praedicta ecclesia dirigenda et administranda iure exciderit, concedimus facultatem Vestrae Paternitati per praesentes, ut alicui alteri sacerdoti, cuius conversationem et mores cognitos habuerit et quem ad hoc munus habilem et idoneum censuerit, de eadem ecclesia in oppido nostro Grawdencz pro hac vice provideat eumque ad illam, non exspectatis litteris praesentationis nostrae, instituat et investiat, curam regimenque et administrationem spiritualium et temporalium rerum in illa sibi committendo, prout id ad Vestrae Paternitatis officium pertinere dinoscitur pastorale. Et bene valeat Vestra Paternitas.
