Reverendo in Christo Patri, domino Ioanni episcopo Varmiensi, sincere nobis dilecto

Bona Dei gratia regina Poloniae, magna dux Lituaniae, Russiae, Prussiae, Masoviae etc. domina

Reverende in Christo Pater, sincere nobis dilecte.

Cum reverteretur ad Paternitatem Vestram Mauricius, servitor eius, tametsi non haberemus, quod Paternitati Vestrae scriberemus, noluimus eum tamen sine litteris nostris ad eam redire. Quibus eam salutamus omniaque ei fausta precamur. De burgrabiatu quomodo res procedet, certum non habemus. Cor enim regis in manu Dei est. Nos tamen curabimus, ut desiderio Vestrae Paternitatis satis possit fieri. Pro imagine argentea matris nostrae carissimae nobis missa, agimus Vestrae Paternitati gratias et valere illam felicissime desideramus.
